I founded Niblock Mediation Services to provide efficient and effective resolutions of civil and domestic legal matters, but that was just the beginning. I genuinely believe that our skilled mediators, especially when coupled with subject-matter experts, can do more than resolve a dispute; we can facilitate lasting solutions to complex challenges faced by individuals and businesses alike before disputes end up in a courtroom. To that end,  I have assembled a team of independent neutrals who each offer trusted, licensed, and vetted expertise to navigate issues with confidence.
