Meet Ray Niblock

Ray Niblock is a trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience handling complex civil, criminal, domestic, probate, and appellate matters. He founded Niblock Mediation Services to bring a litigation-informed, disciplined approach to resolving disputes.

His mediation practice is grounded in years spent preparing cases for trial and evaluating risk from the perspective of a working lawyer. He helps counsel and clients assess cases realistically, identify obstacles to resolution, and explore settlement opportunities.

Ray has mediated personal injury and insurance claims, domestic relations matters, probate and estate disputes, real property cases, business and commercial matters, and other civil conflicts.

That breadth of experience has taught him that parties often define risk and success differently. An insurer may see a case differently from an injured plaintiff. A divorcing parent may measure success differently from a business owner. An heir in a probate dispute may be driven by concerns that cannot be reduced to numbers.
