If you hire us as a mediator, we will be acting in that capacity rather than in the capacity of an attorney. While licensed as an attorney at law in Arkansas and New Mexico, the mediator will not dispense legal advice while acting in the role as a paid neutral.

Any inquiry you make regarding mediation shall be held in the strictest of confidence. We will not divulge your identity or release your information to anyone without your express permission.

Any information we collect about you will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be released or sold to any third party.
